As a manufacturer focused on precision airguns, consistency is essential at every stage of production. Every detail and every process needs to meet the same high level as the finished product, that’s what our customers ultimately expect and we let them experience.
The goal was to refine how the process is carried out. Automation allows us to reduce manual handling and improve repeatability. Operators remain in control of the process parameters, while the machine ensures they are executed consistently. By letting the machine handle some of the repetitive parts of blasting, our operators can focus on what really matters: defining the process, controlling quality, and applying their experience where it has the greatest impact.
